We have three sponsor levels that we would like you to consider:

Sponsors: Three levels Gold $350

Silver $ 250

Bronze $ 180

Deadline: May 30th, 2021

  • Gold: Radio spots x times, 2 minute announcement during the program, prime booth space, website/social media with video ads, free concessions coupon, onsite printed ads.

  • Silver: Prime booth space, website/social media with video ads, free concessions coupon, onsite printed ads.

  • Bronze: Free concessions coupon, website/social media (text only, no video), onsite printed ads.

  • The Event staff reserves the right to grant, deny or revoke sponsors and vendor contracts before and during Grace Arms of Antioch's Juneteenth Celebration of Freedom. 

  • The Event staff reserves the right to select the location (s) pricing and items that the vendor/and or sponsors will be permitted to sell.

  • The Event staff reserves the right to conduct random unscheduled inspections of vending spaces/apparatus.

  • The Event staff reserves the right to order the removal of any item sold or kept for sale for any reason at any time during the event.

  • All payments made for this event are not refundable unless in the unlikely event beyond Grace Arms's control the event has to be canceled.

Volunteer For the Grace Arms of Antioch's Juneteenth Festival

This event can't be successful without the support of volunteers and your role is vital.  We welcome you to join with us in the areas listed below.

Volunteers need to be at least 18, individuals and groups are welcome.

  • Basic support (8 am to 12 pm

  • Basic support (12 pm to 4 pm)

  • Basic support (3 pm to 7 pm)

  • Setup (Friday, June 18th, 1 pm to 5 pm)

  • Setup (Saturday, June 19th 7:30 am to 11:30 am)

  • Security (Shift 1 8 am to 12 pm) 

  • Security (Shift 2 12 pm to 4 pm) 

  • Concessions runners

  • Vendor support

  • Staff (information booth)

  • First Aid

  • Grounds/Logistics

  • Break down (3 pm to 7 pm)

  • A/V support

  • Playground Attendants

  • Bounce House Attendants

  • Court/Field Attendants

  • Stage Attendants

 

If you are not finding a specific area you like to support you can enter "basic support" or you can contact us and we will get in touch with you.

Registering to be a volunteer does not guarantee that you will be assigned to any one area.  As needed volunteers will be assigned where the greatest need is for the moment. We appreciate your flexibility ahead of time.

Dear Businesses and Organizations

Grace Arms of Antioch is committed to unifying and strengthening our community by creating quality experiences and opportunities for all residents.

We invite you to join us on June19, 2021 for the

JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM

for African Americans

 

Location:  3415 Oakley Road, Antioch, CA 94509

Time: 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

Important Note:  Vendor Setup time will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The purpose of this event is to inform, educate and unify the community of Antioch through music, entertainment and community engagement.  Your participation is key to the success of the Celebration and by participating in this event as a Vendor/Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to connect and personally invite community members to your place of business or organization.  This will allow you to present a message of communal respect between Antioch’s businesses, organizations and the community which we serve. 

As a Vendor/Exhibitor, we would like for your business/organization to provide all event attendees with information about you, small incentives or discounts that encourage them to visit your business organization, informational flyers/pamphlets that provide resources to educational, outreach and/or support service, and anything that you deem beneficial to our attendees.  Attached you will find the Vendor Registration Form as well as the Vendor Rules and Conditions for Participation. Booth space for Profit businesses is $120.00 and Nonprofit businesses is $75.00. For an additional $35 you can you can give a 2 minute promotion on the main stage; limited spaces available.

 

Vendors will be provided with a 6' foot table and two chairs, but must supply their own canopy or tent. Fees can be paid through Pay Pal or on the Grace Arms website at www.gracearmsofantioch.org You can also call Grace Arms Administrative office at (925) 522-2017 to place your order. If paying by check, make checks payable to Grace Arms of Antioch.

 

If you would like to become a vendor, please complete the form and return it with the fee amount by June 1st, 2021. If you have any questions, kindly call  (925) 522-2017 or email webmaster@gbfofantioch.org.  We look forward to your participation and thank you for considering our invitation.
