About Us
Grace Childcare Center mission is to provide a safe learning environment for “24 months thru 5 years old.”
Our focus is to equip each child with a stimulating early childcare experience focused on promoting strong cognitive and emotional development in order to build up community, civic, and socially-minded individuals.
This will be done through creative and hands on learning, with parental involvement, to build a firm and enduring foundation in the early formative years.

Our Director
Beate Bell, originally from Trier, Germany, was raised in a nurturing household alongside her two sisters and one brother. As a military wife, Beate had the privilege of living in various countries, which allowed her to broaden her understanding of diverse child-rearing practices. This experience enabled her to enrich her knowledge of different cultures and their unique approaches to raising children. In 2001, Beate settled in California, where she pursued her passion for early childhood development, with a focus on special needs. She dedicated herself to studying this field, driven by her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Beate's commitment to continuous learning and her genuine love for children have made her a trusted and respected figure in the field of early childhood development. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and support to children, ensuring that they receive the attention and guidance necessary for their growth and development.
