Welcome to the Grace Arms of Antioch Holy Eve Community Carnival (HECC)!

 

We hope that HECC inspires your belief in the power of good in people's hearts. HECC is a community organization dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for families to enjoy Halloween without fear.

 

HECC has been serving the Antioch community for nearly two decades. We've hosted events at various locations throughout the Bay Area, including the Contra Costa Fairgrounds, Somersville Towne Center Mall, and our current home location. Each year, thousands of people from the East Contra Costa region attend our nonprofit event. We're proud to offer a safe and enjoyable alternative to traditional Halloween festivities.
