All rental fees and Security Deposit must be paid 14 days prior to use of GBF. The Security Deposit will be returned to the account holder within 10 business days after the inspection of field and facility.
Cancellation must be made 15 days prior to day of rental and must be done in writing.
In the event of poor weather or field conditions, we reserve the right to stop play on field at any given time. Sometimes a decision need to be made based on weather forecasts and safety of the participants.
DISCOUNTS may be given for: Non-Profit Organizations, Special Tournaments, Long Term Use (3+months)
NOTE: NO ALCOHOL, GUNS, CONTROLED SUBSTANCES, PETS OR ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON GSF OR FACILITY GROUNDS AT ANY TIME.
Applicant hereby acknowledges that he/she understands, and will comply with, all rules pertaining to the use of the GBF and church facilities.
Applicant hereby assumes all responsibility to leave field in neat and clean condition as found.
All payments and deposits are due in full two (2) weeks prior to the event date in order to secure the reservations. Time used in excess of the rental agreement may be deducted from the security deposit.
Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Grace Bible Fellowship of Antioch (“GBF”) from any and all liability. Customer also agrees to be liable to GBF for any and all damages to any rooms, equipment and/or furniture owned or controlled by GBF, that results from the activity of the renter, or is caused by a participant’s guest participating in said activity.
Customer acknowledges that this reservation is subject to immediate cancellation by GBF upon determination of a violation of policies.
